Dr. Hendry Pascual
THE PHYSICIAN BEHIND THE FORMULA
Dr. Hendry Perez Pascual is a board-certified Family Medicine physician based in Miami Gardens, Florida, with subspecialties in Geriatric Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Urgent Care. He completed his Family Medicine internship and residency at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine / UCLA Medical Center (2014–2017) — one of the most competitive academic programs in the United States.
His clinical career spans the full spectrum of modern medicine: Urgent Care at Baptist Health and South Miami Hospital; national-scale telemedicine at Teladoc Health; and Family Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor at Clinica Sierra Vista, California.
Colleagues describe him as "the ultimate Renaissance physician." He identifies as a doctorpreneur: a physician who believes clinical excellence and innovation are not in conflict, but inseparable. Equilibra Women Flow is the product of that belief.

A MEDICAL PRACTICE BUILT ON A DIFFERENT VISION OF HEALTHCARE
PassQual Inc. was founded in 2020 by Dr. Hendry Pascual in response to a system he saw failing its patients: industrialized medicine that traded quality for speed and human connection for bureaucratic efficiency. The answer was not a complaint — it was a clinic.
PassQual Health is a community-driven, hybrid (virtual and in-person) medical practice in Miami Gardens, Florida. From its base at 18706 NW 67th Ave, Suite 210, it offers a fully integrated care model: primary care, women's health, aesthetic medicine, telemedicine, in-house pharmacy, medical laboratory and diagnostic ultrasound — all under one roof, led by a team of bilingual physicians.
Equilibra Women Flow is a natural extension of that mission: a product born in the exam room, refined in the lab, and offered to the world under the Sana Diferente™ brand.
