Dr. Hendry Pascual
THE PHYSICIAN BEHIND THE FORMULA
Dr. Hendry Perez Pascual is a board-certified Family Medicine physician based in Miami Gardens, Florida, with subspecialties in Geriatric Medicine, Preventive Medicine and Urgent Care. He completed his Family Medicine internship and residency at UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine / UCLA Medical Center (2014–2017) — one of the most competitive academic programs in the United States.
His clinical career spans the full spectrum of modern medicine: Urgent Care at Baptist Health and South Miami Hospital; national-scale telemedicine at Teladoc Health; and Family Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor at Clinica Sierra Vista, California.
Colleagues describe him as "the ultimate Renaissance physician." He identifies as a doctorpreneur: a physician who believes clinical excellence and innovation are not in conflict, but inseparable. Equilibra Women Flow is the product of that belief.

PassQual Health was founded in 2020 as Dr. Hendry Pascual's medical practice — built on one belief: that healthcare should treat the whole person, not just the symptom. Years of listening to patients, especially the women navigating hormonal transitions no one had prepared them for, revealed a gap no clinic visit alone could close. In 2025, that clinical experience became something more: Sana Diferente™, a supplement brand formulated with the same physician-level rigor Dr. Pascual brought to every patient at PassQual Health. Its first product, Equilibra Women Flow™, was created specifically for those women — built to support them beyond the walls of the clinic.
